Resistance Levels:
Each resistance band provides you with roughly 30 lbs of resistance at its normal length, but shortening them through the platform's 10 anchor points, you are able to propel the resistance up to 70 - 80 lbs of resistance per band. The shorter you make the band, the more resistance you will receive, and vice versa with lengthening them. Too tough? Great, lengthen the bands. Too easy? Awesome, just shorten them up! The first-to-market VectorFit Base Platform has been stress tested from each anchor point to withstand up to 500 lbs of force and has been engineered through 6 prototypes to provide you with this durable material. We wanted you to be able to make your workouts as hard as you wanted to exert this much tension. We wanted a system that is fully customized for you.
